Low Histamine Coconut‑Pear Dream Smoothie

A delicious, low-histamine smoothie that’s gut friendly and dessert worthy. This tasty recipe combines coconut and pear, a delectable combo. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1/2 ripe pear (optional garnish or blended in)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  3. Serve immediately, ideally chilled or over ice.

Notes

Use fresh pear for the best flavor and lowest histamine levels. Avoid using ripe pears, as they’re higher in histamine. Adjust thickness by adding more or less coconut water.
